We do not sell your data to advertisers. We do not allow third-party ad trackers on our platform. We do not build advertising profiles based on your booking history, location, medical categories, or any other data. There are zero ads on Hello Chitty.
We never sell or share data with data brokers, aggregators, or data enrichment companies. Your information stays within Hello Chitty and is only shared with the specific clinic you choose to book with.
The only parties that receive your personal data are:
All user data is stored exclusively on Google Cloud Platform's Mumbai (asia-south1) region. Your data never crosses Indian borders. This is built into our infrastructure.
Clinics pay a monthly subscription fee (1,000 per month after a 3-month free trial) to be shown as verified trusted clinics in search results with booking enabled. That is our entire revenue model. We do not need to sell your data because our revenue comes from clinics wanting visibility, not from your personal information.
