By using Hello Chitty ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the service. "You" refers to both patients using our WhatsApp service and clinics registered on our platform.
Hello Chitty is a WhatsApp-based platform that enables patients to discover and book appointments with healthcare clinics and hospitals across categories including General Physician, Pediatric, Pregnancy and Maternity, Dental, Eye Care, Skin, Orthopedic, ENT, and more. We act as a technology intermediary — we are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Bookings made through Hello Chitty are confirmed instantly via WhatsApp. You are responsible for attending your appointment. Cancellations should be made directly with the clinic. We send automatic reminders before your appointment but are not liable for missed appointments.
Hello Chitty does not recommend specific clinics or treatments. Search results are based on proximity, category match, and clinic subscription status. All medical decisions are solely between you and your healthcare provider.
We strive to display accurate clinic information but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy of fees, timings, services, or availability. Always confirm details directly with the clinic.
Your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored in India. We never sell or misuse your data.
Clinics must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Misrepresentation of services, qualifications, or fees may result in immediate account suspension.
All new clinic registrations receive a 3-month (90-day) free trial with full premium features including a verified badge in search results, instant WhatsApp slot booking, appointment reminders, clinic dashboard, and analytics. No payment information is required during the trial period.
After the trial expires, clinics may subscribe at 1,000 per month to continue receiving premium features. Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
Clinics receiving WhatsApp booking notifications should acknowledge them promptly. Unacknowledged bookings may trigger re-notification with a nominal re-notification charge.
Clinics are responsible for protecting patient data they receive through bookings. Patient information must not be shared with third parties or used for unsolicited marketing. Violation may result in account termination.
You may not use Hello Chitty to send spam or unsolicited messages, impersonate another person or clinic, submit false bookings, attempt to access another user's data, reverse-engineer or scrape our systems, promote illegal services, or harass other users.
Hello Chitty is provided "as is." We are not liable for the quality of medical care provided by clinics, missed or late appointments, inaccurate clinic information, WhatsApp service disruptions, or payment processing issues. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
All content, design, logo, software, and technology of Hello Chitty is owned by us and protected under Indian intellectual property laws. Clinics retain ownership of their business information.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Clinics may cancel their subscription at any time. Patients may stop using the service at any time by sending "STOP" on WhatsApp. Upon termination, you may request deletion of all your data.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000, the DPDPA 2023, and the Indian Contract Act 1872. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
